Australia, a wonderful country

Friday 5th November

Good morning!

For our last day in Australia, we wanted to go for a one day exploration in the jungle to discover its secrets...

Let's go!!

In front of the jungle we have heard a lot of animals. It was already scary !

We have walked during two hours, we have seen different animals like monkeys, koalas, parrots. We have wanted do a break next to a tree. We have slept a few minutes. Eva has felt something on her. She has opened her eyes and she has screamed!!! A spider was on her leg; enormous!! Eva pushed her but she has had a pain. After that we have gone back to the hotel. Her leg was blue so we have brought her to the hospital. She has been cured.

Our stay in Australia ended this way!

It has been full of emotions!!

Thursday 4th November Scuba diving !

On Thursday, we have been scuba diving in the Great Barrier Reef. That was great !! Scuba diving is an activity under water in which you have to hold your breath. We have seen a lot of fish. It was wonderful, mostly the clown fish, this cute little orange, white and black fish.

Romane has swum with a turtle and Eva has seen the white tip shark and the black tip shark! Sharks are the main predators of the Great Barrier Reef. They play a very important role in the reef ecosystem. In the ocean there were beautiful statues. After we have swum in a shipwreck to look for treasures! Australia offers some of the best wreck dives in the world!

Hello everyone !!

This afternoon, we have met Simon Backer !! Our favorite actor !!

Simon Backer was born 30 July 1969 (48 years), he is an Australian actor and director. He is best known for his role as Patrick 
Jane in the series The Mentalist. Simon Backer was born in Launceston, Tasmania. He has 3 children Stella Breeze, Claude 
Blue Backer an Harry Friday Backer. He got married in 1998 with Rebecca Rigg. 

We have asked questions to Simon Backer:

Did you like playing the role of Patrick Jane in The Mentalist ? 
"The role of Patrick Jane was the best of my career. I have loved playing in this series"

Have you got other projects for the next few years ?
"Yes I have already got the project of a new film !! "

Have you ever been to France ? 
"I discovered France about fifteen years ago and since then I do not spend one year without coming in this country. 
Paris is surely the most beautiful city in the world"

"No I have never refused roles at the cinema"

 Yesterday we have gone to Tasmania. Have you ever seen Tasmanian Devils? 
"Yes I have already seen Tasmanian Devils. Several times!!"

Tuesday 2nd November.

Good morning! After a good night in our hotel "the Crown Metropol" , we have taken our breakfast with the view on our swimming pool. After that we have dived in the swimming pool.

In the afternoon, we have decided to explore Tasmania. Let's go. After three hours of flight, we have  landed in Tasmania. It was beautiful !! We have visited a forest and we have seen the famous Tasmanian Devil; we absolutely wanted to meet it. Tasmanian Devil has black fur and its scream frightened us!!! We have approached the Tasmanian Devil to watch it, it was sleeping, Romane has wanted to stroke the back of the animal. He has screamed and we have gone out with fear... After this scary day we have gone to an hotel for the night because the day after we have to wake up early to go and see our star!!!

Monday 1 st November 2017

We have gone to Perth, capital city of Occidental Australia. In the morning we have gone to Kings Park to see the sunrise, we have seen birds and ducks. After we have visited the zoo of Perth. We have seen a pair of kangaroos with their baby. They were beautiful !!

At noon, we have eaten a picnic near monkeys but they have taken our dessert !! 

In the afternoon, we have visited the WA Maritime Museum. We have discovered a lot of funny fish and beautiful boats.

In the nigth, we have gone to a restaurant, in the sky. We have eaten opposite to a skyscraper. It was delicious.  As a starler a Pina Colada, as the main course a crispy chicken and as a dessert a beef tenderloin. When we left, we had our belly filled.

After we have gone to a park to see the sunset. The setting was beautiful!!
